Kirsty has grown up in St Leonards and has always lived locally, she is married and has two young children. She received her education at Hastings College, where she earned an Advanced Vocational A-Level in Business. After completing her studies, she worked at a local independent estate agency in Bexhill for 12 years. In 2013, she decided to pursue a career in the financial industry and began studying for the CEMAP qualification to become a mortgage advisor. Despite the challenges of balancing work, studying, and raising her daughter, she persisted and completed her studies. In 2014, she began working part-time with a mortgage advisor while continuing to gain experience in the mortgage and protection industry. She later worked as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser at Blueprint East Sussex for 9 years. In 2022, she achieved her CeRER qualification, allowing her to advise on equity release mortgages and also qualified as an estate planner and will writer, recognizing the importance of these services for clients, particularly those with young children. Kirsty is driven, proactive, and takes pride in her work. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, and thoroughness in checking cases before submitting them to lenders to ensure that clients do not experience any delays. Her clients often recommend her to their friends and family, attesting to her abilities and skills.
